Aaron Miller Biography and Career Life

As my internship at WLIO came to a close in the summer of 2016, I found myself reluctant to leave. The experience had been incredibly enriching, and I had learned so much from the wonderful people working there.

However, I recognized that completing my degree was essential, so I made the decision to return to Columbus and finish my senior year at The Ohio State University.

During that final year, I had the opportunity to work as a production intern at WOSU. It was a valuable experience, and I graduated in the spring of 2017 with a Film Studies degree. Shortly after, WBNS offered me a position as a production assistant in Columbus, and I enjoyed my time there.

Yet, as I continued to grow in my career, I began to realize my desire for exploration and adventure, something beyond the confines of a studio. Eventually, my path led me back to WLIO, the place that had left such a strong impact on me. I knew that being out in the field, traveling around the Lima area, and capturing the diverse and interesting events happening there would be incredibly fulfilling.

Now, I find great joy in my role as I have the privilege to bring these events to life through my work. Every single day holds a new opportunity to immerse myself in the vibrant happenings of the Lima area and share them with others, making this journey back here truly rewarding.
