Alexis Berdine, an accomplished American journalist, currently holds the position of Investigative Multi-Media Journalist at the esteemed KVOA team.
Hailing from the Midwest, Alexis has made significant strides in her journalism career, earning recognition from the Chicago National Academy of Television Arts and being honored as one of Northwest Indiana’s “21 Under 21”.
Her academic journey led her to graduate with bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and Mass Communication from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, as well as Political Science from Arizona State University.
Before joining KVOA, Alexis served as a General Assignment Multi-Media Journalist for CBS’ affiliate station in Kalamazoo-Grand Rapids, Michigan. Her reporting portfolio encompassed a wide range of topics, including breaking news, investigative stories, and spearheading the impactful campaign “Addicted Michigan”.
Additionally, Alexis contributed her journalistic talents to prominent media outlets such as USA Today’s Arizona Republic Newspaper, Arizona Capitol TV, and NPR’s KJZZ Radio.
