Ben Jordan Biography and Career

Ben Jordan is a skilled reporter and multimedia journalist for TMJ4, where he has been making valuable contributions since August 2016.

Having graduated from Luther College with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, focusing on Broadcast Journalism, and a minor in Business Management, Ben brings a strong educational foundation to his reporting endeavors.

Before landing in Milwaukee, Ben worked as a reporter for two years at KAKE-TV in Wichita, Kansas, and prior to that, he was part of the team at KCCI-TV in Des Moines, Iowa. Throughout his career, Ben’s passion for covering diverse topics has led him to report on major events like two World Series runs for the Kansas City Royals, investigations into school boards and lawmakers, and the devastating wildfires that struck southern Kansas.

Hailing from Waterloo, Iowa, Ben proudly supports the Iowa Hawkeyes and remains one of the biggest fans of the team even while residing in the Badger State. However, Ben has embraced the spirit of Wisconsin and the Green Bay Packers, quickly converting after experiencing the excitement of Lambeau Field firsthand.

In his leisure time, Ben indulges in golfing, weightlifting, watching sports, and engaging in enlightening documentaries. He is also dedicated to community service, having volunteered for Big Brothers Big Sisters and The First Tee programs.
