He actively participated in Ultimate Frisbee for the club team during his four-year tenure at Mississippi State, relishing the competitive spirit and traveling across the southeast for tournaments. During his college summers, he continued his love for Ultimate Frisbee, playing for the club team in Memphis.

A true sports enthusiast, Ben remains a devoted follower of his hometown teams, the Seattle Seahawks, and the Memphis Grizzlies. Apart from sports, he embraces a healthy lifestyle, with a keen interest in weight training and fitness. He adopted this lifestyle before his senior year of college, aiming to achieve peak physical shape for his final year of college ultimate.
