She gaines fame when she was the cheerleader of the Golden State Warriors in NBA and she is also a former San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys cheerleader in the NFL. She has also worked as an actress and as a scout for the Los Angeles Lakers. She was an assistant general manager of the Lakers in NBA Development League.

Laflin was a basketball scout for the Los Angeles Lakers and she was the first woman to be in that position. She was also one of the two assistant managers for the Laker’s developmental team, The Los Angeles D-Fenders. In 2012, she paired up with Kareem Rush in a fantasy basketball radio program, The Rush Hour, that aired on SiriusXM. She appeared as a guest on Damon Bruce Show on KNBR to discuss the San Francisco 49ers’ run to Super Bowl XLVII and on another day to talk about Bay Area sports.

Other radio station shows include Playboy Fantasy Football on SiriusXM and University of Texas pre and post-football game shows for ESPN Austin. She was on the show, To Tell the Truth, that was aired on ABC. She currently works as a host on the show, Bonnie Jill Laflin’s The Weekly Pass on Afterbuzz TV which happens to be the first ever sports show on the network. In 2010, Laflin founded the charity Hounds and Heroes, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to raising funds for military veterans, first responders and animals.

She has traveled all over the world on 18 United Service Organizations and Goodwill Tours, including 8 to Iraq and Afghanistan, supporting the United States Armed Forces. She is also a supporter of animal rights and People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals(PETA). She is also a vegan and she has posed for various PETA campaigns.
