In August 2019, Brooklyn DeGumbia became a valued member of the FOX23 News Team. While she grew up in Connecticut, Brooklyn’s journey took her far from the east coast when she decided to attend Arizona State University.

There, she pursued her passion for journalism, earning a Bachelor’s degree from the esteemed Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. During her time at ASU, she also contributed her skills and spirit to the ASU cheerleading team for a rewarding two years.

Brooklyn’s journalism career took off in Rapid City, South Dakota, where she spent nearly a year as a dedicated reporter, anchor, and producer at the local ABC and FOX affiliate, KOTA/KEVN.

Embracing a new chapter in her life, Brooklyn is excited about her first experience living in the south as she continues her thriving career in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She looks forward to immersing herself in the local culture and becoming an integral part of the community.
