Caitlin Williams, hailing from the charming town of Sabinal, Texas, became an esteemed member of the 7News Team in December 2016, assuming the role of an anchor.
Prior to her venture to Southwest Oklahoma, Caitlin made her mark at KWES-TV in Midland, Texas, where she started as a reporter and subsequently earned a well-deserved promotion to the esteemed position of the 4 & 5 p.m. anchor.
Her academic journey led her to Angelo State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in communication, complemented by minors in English and Theater. From the outset of her college years, Caitlin delved into the world of television, embarking on her career as a freshman, interning at KSAN-TV in San Angelo.
Born and raised in the heart of the Lone Star State, Caitlin’s love for the great outdoors knows no bounds. She delights in the simple pleasures of life, enjoying hunting, fishing, hiking, and cherishing precious moments with her cherished friends and family. Caitlin’s vibrant spirit and passion for her work make her a valuable presence on the 7News Team, delivering news with authenticity and dedication.
