Did you know that the practice of expressing #gratitude literally changes the molecular structure of the brain? It keeps gray matter functioning making us healthier and happier. ☺️ Today, after taking my son raspberry picking in degree heat, I felt so grateful just to sit under a tree in the shade and feel the breeze on my skin. Felt deep gratitude for warm, sun-sweetened raspberries, my scrappy little puppy, farm stand popsicles, and my job that allows me to have a beautiful summer day like today. And lens flares, because they always remind me of what’s there that we cannot see. Ok, your turn: what are you feeling grateful for?
