Father Edward Beck is a respected Roman Catholic priest and an active member of the Passionist Community. He also serves as a religion commentator for CNN.
Having been ordained as a priest in 1985, Father Beck has dedicated over a decade to providing insightful commentary on matters of faith, religion, morality, and ethics in various media outlets. He has contributed to prominent news networks such as ABC News, CBS News, Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, ABC Family Channel, HLN, and Current TV. Additionally, he co-hosted the program Focus on Faith with Chris Cuomo on ABC News.
Father Beck is an accomplished author with three published books by Doubleday: “God Underneath: Spiritual Memoirs of a Catholic Priest” (2002), “Unlikely Ways Home: Real-Life Spiritual Detours” (2006), and “Soul Provider: Spiritual Steps to Limitless Love” (2009).
Beyond his media work and writing, Father Beck actively leads workshops and retreats both nationally and internationally. He currently resides in New York City, where he continues to inspire and guide individuals on their spiritual journeys.
