Principe joined Sportsnet in 2001 and has been giving Oilers fans an exciting front-row seat to all the hockey action.

Born and raised in Edmonton, Principe embarked on his broadcasting journey as a radio and television reporter at CFJC TV in Kamloops, BC, after completing his studies at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.

His career took him to various Canadian cities, including stints as a reporter for CFRN TV in Edmonton, CFCN TV in Lethbridge, AB, and CKND TV in Winnipeg, before he made the move to Toronto to join the Global TV broadcast team.
