Phil Black is an esteemed International Correspondent based at CNN’s London bureau, showcasing his expertise in reporting on global affairs.

Before his assignment in London, Black served as CNN International’s Russia correspondent, stationed in Moscow. During his time there, he covered several high-profile stories from the region, including Vladimir Putin’s re-election as president and the controversial arrest and detainment of the protest punk group Pussy Riot.
