Rogelio Mora-Tagle was born on December 14, 1966, in Mexico City, Mexico.

He is a journalist with 20 years of experience. For over a year, he worked as a correspondent for Telemundo in Mexico City. He also served as a special envoy to Venezuela, reporting on the parliamentary elections.

Throughout his tenure at Telemundo, he has collaborated on major news coverages, such as the signing of the anti-immigrant agreement in the state of Arizona or the celebration of Mexico’s Bicentennial Independence.

He was a correspondent in Haiti, where he reported on the aftermath of the devastating earthquake that struck the Caribbean island. For over 10 years, he has contributed to Telemundo, specifically to its international cable channel, Telemundo Internacional, and as a host for the weekend newscast, Noticiero Telemundo, covering the entire United States territory.

His renowned performance and dedication have earned him the position of host for the news programs Noticiero Telemundo, Cada día, and Hoy en el Mundo.

His work has not been limited to electronic media. In print media, he served as the editorial chief of the Mexican newspaper Marcador. It was only after his work as a correspondent for CBS Telenoticias that he was offered the opportunity to come to the United States to work as a sports anchor in 1997.
